    PRIORITY PLACEMENT & LOTTERY

Applications received by 5:00 pm on February 13, 2012 are given priority placement status. These applications are placed in a lottery process which assigns a number at random, creating a priority of acceptance in each course. This is especially helpful for courses that receive more applications than there are available positions. After February 13, applications will continue to be accepted for classes with openings, and will be processed on a first-come/first-served basis.

    WAITING LISTS

Waiting lists are maintained for all filled classes. All applications received by February 13, 2012 and not selected for placement in a course will be placed on the waiting list. Applications received after the due date will be placed on the waiting lists in order of the date that applications are received. Applicants will be contacted when space becomes available.

    APPLICATION FEES

A nonrefundable $45 application fee will be charged when you apply.

In order to be considered for enrollments, the online 2012 Summer Program Application must be completed with all required information as found in the application instructions, and submitted along with a US$45 application fee (payable by credit or debit card online). If you wish to pay your US$45 application fee by check, please print the registration confirmation form that you will receive in your confirmation email, and mail it along with the check to:
