The Kitchen Coordinator leads a crew of five other assistants and works with the chefs to keep the kitchen running smoothly and meal service running on time. Additionally, the coordinator works with the kitchen crew to keep the Lodge clean and stocked. The coordinator proactively communicates with campus for all food-related needs and ensures snack requests are handled for events. Additionally, the coordinator will help with inventory management and will pick up supplies and prep food as directed by the chefs. This role is recommended for previous Kitchen Assistants. The coordinator also helps host the end-of-session happy hour with the Maintain Coordinator.
