Pilchuck's 47th Annual Auction & Gala will take place at Fremont Studios in Seattle, Washington on Saturday, October 18, 2025, 4:30 pm - 10:30 pm.

Fremont Studios is located at 155 N 35th St, Seattle, WA 98103.

• 6:00 - Online: Spotlight & Award-Winners Auction Closes
• 6:10 - Silent 1: Form & Function Auction Closes
• 6:20 - Silent 2: Bubbles & Bling Auction Closes
• 6:30 - Dinner and Program
• 9:00 - After Party
• 11:00 - Event concludes

It’s time to show off your bubbly, blingy glam! This year's auction is all about light and effervescent textures, sparkles, flowing shapes, iridescence, celebrations of all things circular and bouncy.

The online auction is open to all. If you wish to bid on the live auction items but do not have a ticket to the event, proxy bidding is available. Contact info@pilchuck.org.

• The highest bids submitted into the auction are legal contracts to purchase the item.
• Credit cards on file will be automatically charged unless prior arrangements have been made.
• If payment is unsuccessful within 72 hours of the close of the auction, any items won may go to the next highest bidder at the discretion of the organization.
• All purchases made are FINAL. There will be no exchanges or refunds on items unless otherwise noted.
• Pilchuck Glass School reserves the right to add or withdraw items from the auction without notice before final bids are made.
• Pilchuck Glass School neither warrants nor represents, and in no way shall be responsible for, the correctness of descriptions or conditions of items or arrangements.
• All goods and services must be claimed and used within the dates and guidelines as noted in the item description.
• Auction items are awarded to one purchaser only.
• By bidding in the live or silent auction, each bidder agrees to these auction rules.

Artwork will be available for pick up night of (Saturday, October 18th) or from the Seattle Office Wednesday 22nd through Friday 24th. Art can also be shipping via UPS.

All sales are final.

The meal choices are as follows:

• Beef: Cherry Rhubarb Braised Short Ribs (gluten free and dairy free)
• Fish: Wild Pacific Northwest Salmon with Champagne Fine Herb Sauce (gluten free)
• Vegetarian: Wild Mushroom Lasagna with Berbere Spiced Ratatouille and Baby Broccolini
