Kimberly Barlond

Kimberly first joined Pilchuck as Administrative Manager in 2024 and returned to the role in January 2026 after a brief time away. She supports the Executive Director and serves as liaison to the Board of Trustees. She holds a BA in International Business from Washington State University and brings experience in commercial retail to her role, managing vendor relationships, overseeing the campus store, and supporting programs and seasonal staff. A Seattle-area native, Kimberly practices stained glass, which she first learned through a Pilchuck workshop, and enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends.
