No glass art experience is required to be a Kitchen Assistant. A crew of five full- time assistants, a kitchen coordinator, and three assistant chefs work with the Head Chef to prepare and serve tasty food. Assistants rotate to help the kitchen all week—the morning time starts at 6 AM and evening crew ends at 8 PM. Assistants must enjoy working as a team to serve on time each meal and to keep the lodge and kitchen clean. This role is for all experience levels in glass, for artists interested in learning glass, or art-interested individuals that enjoy food and feeding people.
