Joshua Hargrave is a North Texas-based artist whose practice explores the language of architecture through glass. Originally trained as a general contractor, he builds his work through 3D modeling, digital fabrication and experimental casting processes. He first encountered glass at the University of Texas at Arlington in 2008, where he continues post-baccalaureate studies, and has maintained deep ties to Pilchuck Glass School as a student, workshop assistant, and staff member. His sculpture Amaranth Styroform received the Juror's Choice Award at the 2025 Pilchuck Glass School Auction and his recent solo exhibition, "Amorphous Structure," was presented at Giant Runt Gallery in Fort Worth.
