Rodolfo Agrella is a New York–based architect and designer and the founder of RADS, a multidisciplinary studio working across product, interiors, graphics and creative directions. His practice distills diverse references into emotionally resonant work defined by color, light and restriction. Rooted in his Caracas upbringing and shaped by his training in Milan, Agrella blends Latin vibrancy, European refinement and North American rigor. His collaborative ethos has led to award-winning projects and international recognition, with work exhibited globally, features in leading design publications, and close collaborations with international brands and institutions such as Absolut, Steinway and Sons, 3M and the Vatican.
