Design Conference

August 14 - 16, 2026

This August, we will open our campus for the inaugural Design Conference—a three-day event featuring live demonstrations, lectures, collaborations, and discussions exploring every facet of glass design.

Early bird tickets are available now

Join us for Pilchuck's inaugural Design Conference

From the earliest core-formed vessels to contemporary architecture, lighting, and bespoke functional objects—the history of glass has always been intertwined with design. The conference will explore this connection through a series of panels, lectures, and demos in our historic lodge and studios.

There will be a variety of ticket options, including full, 3 day bundle, and single day passes, that will provide access to live demonstrations, lectures, collaborations, and discussions happening across campus. Full conference schedule to be announced.

The Design Conference is the third in a series of focused events that started in 2023 with the Neon Symposium and followed in 2025 by the Casting Conference. We welcome artists and enthusiasts of all levels to join us in this unique exchange of ideas, knowledge, and inspiration.
